1. Booking and Payments

• Booking Fee: A deposit is required to secure your spot in any program. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Transferwise, and PayPal. Transaction fees must be covered by the participant.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid one week before the program start date or in cash upon arrival.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Non-Refundable Fees: All course fees are non-refundable but can be applied to a future program within one year for the same participant.
• Program Modifications: Diya Retreats reserves the right to change program schedules, instructors, or venues as needed.

3. Participant Responsibilities

• Health and Safety: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or limitations before joining. Participation is at your own risk.
• Attendance: Attendance at all scheduled sessions is mandatory unless specified otherwise.
• Behavior: Participants must respect instructors, staff, and fellow attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and program materials, is the property of Diya Retreats. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Liability

Diya Retreats is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage during programs.
• Travel disruptions or delays.
• Issues arising from participant’s failure to disclose relevant health information.

6. Use of Photos and Videos

Diya Retreats may capture photos or videos during programs for promotional purposes. Participants who wish to opt out must inform us in writing before the program begins.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Goa, India.
